Watched The Bucket List tonight (the list you make before you kick the bucket, that is). Without Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman it would probably have been pretty low-key. There are some good lines, and the lines that aren’t so hot still get quality treatment because these two guys know how to put across anything and everything. And it's good to see Nicholson doing some dead-pan comedy again.
The story’s not exactly suspense-filled, but it’s enjoyable enough to watch. Two veteran actors of this calibre are always worth watching. They give life to anything.
Spoiler: It’s a bit odd that Morgan Freeman tells the story, since he dies before Nicholson, and yet tells us about the latter’s death. Writer’s license maybe, but not one that stands up to too much scrutiny.
