What are Bose headphones anyway? Well, apparently they come in all shapes and sizes, a headphone to suit every mood. The one that intrigues me is the noise-cancelling headphone. Doesn't that seem a little contradictory?
This is what comes of being literal about the language, instead of digging beneath the words and finding out what new meaning has been assigned to old words. Of course, English being what it is, few words get the chance to retain their meanings long before they’re off ganderflanking about and getting themselves a verbal rebore.
